CarTest Software Image Uploader

Instructions:

Enter the password to upload images (characters are case sensitive).

Click the "Browse" button.

Find the file (.jpg or .gif only) on your computer that you wish to upload.

Click on it to select it.

Click on "OPEN".

Click on the "Upload File" button above.

Notes:

The password is required to upload images.
No password is required to view images.
The password may be obtained by emailing a request. Include your real name, user name, and please use the email address you used to register.
If you uploaded file 'myimage.jpg', the URL of your image will be: http://www.cartestsoftware.com/imageuploader/uploads/myimage.jpg.
An 80 x 60 thumbnail version of your image is automatically created for .jpg file types. The URL of the .jpg thumbnail is: http://www.cartestsoftware.com/imageuploader/thumbs/myimage.jpg.
To place the image in a post use a code string like this: [IMG]the_URL_of_the_image [/IMG].
To place a hyperlink to your image in a post with the thumbnail use a code string like this (no embedded spaces):
[URL=the_URL_of_the_image][IMG]the_URL_of_the_thumbnail[/IMG][/URL].
File names are case sensitive. For example: 'myimage.jpg' is not the same as 'MyImage.jpg'.
Embedded spaces and other troublesome characters in file names will be replaced with a '_'. For example: 'my image.jpg' will become 'my_image.jpg'.
Maximum file size that can be uploaded is 1048576 bytes.
Jpeg images will be automatically resized to a maximum width of 640 pixels or height of 640 pixels and stored with an IJG compression quality of 50.
If you would like your image deleted please email your request.
Please do not upload copyrighted images or trademarked material. Such images will be deleted upon identification.
